I highly recommend my consultant Ramya who brought decades of wedding dressmaking experience to our session, and it showed right away! The wedding gown shopping experience can be daunting and exhausting. Ramya knew just what to say to make me feel confident, understood, and good about myself, ultimately guiding me to the perfect dress (a style that I would never have thought to select for myself). When my wedding was postponed because of the pandemic Ramya was attentive and kind, going above and beyond to speak with me and to respond to questions I had. "After visiting a total of 3 bridal stores in one weekend, I can say that Bridal Room is the BEST experience you could ever ask for. I worked with Lisa and she was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, kind, and created a very warm and personal experience. Lisa allowed me to pick out a few dresses and then pulled more beautiful dresses based on my preferences. I was never rushed during my appointment, and I was never pressured to make a purchase (which unfortunately happened to me at other places and ruined the experience). Lisa was also incredibly knowledgeable about all of the dresses and was able to tell me whether I would be able to customize each individual dress."

"I was BLOWN AWAY with my experience. Lets start with how beautifully decorated the shop is, WOW. Then the employees, Heba and Monique were AWESOME! So friendly, kind, and funny, the kind of people you want to be your BFF. They have a large selection of dresses and a vast knowledge of fabrics, shapes, styles, etc. They truly listen to you and work WITH you! I came for the Kelly Faetanini Spring trunk show, and they shipped out the Willow gown JUST FOR ME! That kind of attention alone deserves 10/5 stars. I chose an expensive dress on a tight budget, but they were VERY understanding that I couldn't buy the dress that day. This is the kind of place and experience I wish I could have EVERY day!!!! Notice that there isn't a SINGLE bad review for this place, its that awesome!!!!"
